Since 1986 RJ Star Inc. has promoted high quality products with a focus on marketing to dealers and distributors that appreciate value, benefits and profits. We have no interest in selling to the discount chains and the like; if we did we couldn’t continue to support the dealers, jobbers and distributors that we have since the inception of the company. This business philosophy has provided a profitable opportunity for all resellers; therefore we do not support discount selling on line. If discounting of the Wizards Products becomes the norm, then no one will make a profit and as a company we will be forced to lower the quality of the products and concede to the retail discount giants.

If you desire to sell Wizards Products on line and want the continued support of RJ Star Inc. a.k.a. Wizmar Int’l. Inc./Wizards Products, we require you to comply with the following guidelines; if you want to offer “discounted” products on your web site we suggest that you handle the competitors’ lines and force their products to lower value with minimal profit.

Any private individual or business that purchases Wizards Products, whether from the manufacturer or reseller, with the intent to resell on line, must comply with the following guidelines to maintain their purchasing discounts and customer support. Sites that are not in compliance with these guidelines will not be supported by the manufacturer, and will be tagged as an “UNAUTHORIZED” reseller to the end user.

All sites (including print, audio/video) that offer Wizards Products for sale must include this wording exactly: “Wizards® Products Independent Distributor”.

Before any site offering Wizards Products is activated (or upgraded), the owner of the domain name must receive approval in writing from RJ Star Inc. of its content in regard to Wizards Products. These sites will be considered an “Authorized Site for Wizards Products”. Any site that is not authorized will be given 10 days to comply; if the site is not brought into compliance, the company in violation will lose its discount position and customer support from the manufacturer.

All pricing must be listed as RETAIL, as published by the current price sheets. If the company is located in a country other than the United States, the retail pricing must reflect the current exchange rate for that country, based on the U.S. list prices.

Posting volume discount pricing of Wizards Products is not allowed, however you may suggest that a prospect can call for volume pricing, if that is an option for you.

NON Wizards Products CAN NOT be placed under the same tab that takes you to the Wizards Products selection.

Mixing a Wizards Product with another non Wizards item purchased for a group price is acceptable, as long as the Wizards price is not listed, or is not listed as less than retail.

Offering a free Wizards Product with another NON Wizards Product is acceptable as long as the sale price is equal to or more than the total retail amount(s) of the Wizards Products offered.

Combining or listing a NON Wizards product with Wizards Products to make it look like it is a Wizards product is NOT acceptable, unless; it is listed in bold letters directly above the item in these exact words: “THIS IS NOT A WIZARDS® PRODUCT” This includes, but is not limited to, micro fiber cloths and buffing pads.

Promotional items such as T-shirts, hats, etc. can be offered at any price but must be purchased from RJ Star Inc. or have written approval on each item that is to be offered; this is to insure quality and trademark placements.

Cutting and pasting content from the manufacturer’s web site (www.WizardsProducts.com) must not be altered in words and/or meaning that may cause a misrepresentation of the products.

Linking to the manufacturer’s web site (www.WizardsProducts.com) is acceptable for U.S. companies only. For companies based outside the U.S.A., linking directly to the manufacturer’s site would be offering U.S. pricing and is NOT acceptable.

Personal testimonials and photos are encouraged as long as they are true and include the name of the author.

Selling Wizards Products on auction sites such as eBay is NOT authorized; private individuals or businesses that do so will lose their discount position and customer support from the manufacturer. An exception would be to offer Wizards Products with larger ticket purchases ($100.00+) as an incentive, as long as a price lower than retail is not displayed for the Wizards Product.

The purpose of these guidelines is to uphold the value and quality of the products, and provide a fair opportunity to all who wish to sell the products on line.
